Don Shiell

Head of Recruitment

Don joined the College in 2006 as Head of Recruitment. He has a background in domestic and international sales and marketing and was formerly Marketing Manager of Dial and Product and Director and Owner of Classic Customs&Kenmich Forwarding, responsible for export sales, marketing and logistics.

Amy Dickson

Regional Recruitment Manager (International)

Amy joined the College in 2004, following 6 years experience at Macquarie University International Office in roles including admissions, internships and recruitment. Amy is international recruitment manager for a wide range of countries including U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, South America, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong and Macau.

Nichole Downey :: Adv Dip Mktg

Recruitment Coordinator

Originally from BC Canada with a background in commercial cookery, Nichole joined the ICMS team in 2005 following completion of an Advanced Diploma in Marketing. Nichole coordinates student enquiries from Scandanavia and Australia.

Marine Hautemont :: MA International Communication

Regional Recruitment Manager (International)

Marine came to Australia from France in 2001 as a postgraduate student and then went on to work in marketing and publishing. Inspired by her experience as an international student, she has joined the ICMS recruitment team, managing student recruitment from the Middle East, Europe, Korea, Taiwan and Japan.

Virginia Henson :: BCom,Grad Cert Sports Mgmt

Recruitment Assistant

Virginia joined the College in 2007. Her previous experience is in International Student Services with the Australian Catholic University including admissions, student accommodation, study tours and ELICOS programs.

Tim Maillet :: BTHM, Cert Bus Admin, Cert Mktg

Regional Recruitment Manager (Domestic)

Tim's extensive experience from his home country Canada, includes; F&B supervisor Emerald Lake Lodge, Activities Coordinator Ottawa International Hotel, Quality Services Assistant Department of Tourism Nova Scotia and Marketing Assistant Polar Star Expeditions. Tim manages student recruitment in Australia and New Zealand.

Anna Minaeva :: BBHT, MIB

International Recruitment Assistant

Having completed her Bachelor and Master of International Business Degree here at ICMS, Anna has worked as a Graduate Assistant and is now in International Recruitment. Originally from Russia, Anna manages all online student enquiries and enrolments.
